Sometimes life can get us down and take control of our emotions. We might feel a few inspired moments and then they go away for awhile.
Try to take into consideration what inspires you and then use that success in your daily thoughts.
Maybe that is: I feel inspired when I put my shoes away or when I don't eat junk food or when I receive money in the mail or when someone gives me a hug. Jot down somethings that make you feel inspired and use those things as successes.
