I believe that is a great question Chuck. As I lay in bed this morning I sat and pondered this same thought. I could be still for a few hours and not get up to see what the day had in store for me or I could get my butt up and make something of it.
How is my 2015 going to be different besides that the calendar is changing?
I am focusing on being honest with myself. Starting with being honest with myself with ever decision I make. You may be saying to yourself that you make decisions, how is this different? I make decisions daily too, but the majority of all the decisions I make aren't accounted for in my brain. You need to train your brain that you are making decisions. I literally talk aloud and have taught my son to talk aloud about my daily decisions. No! It's not silly. It's really pretty neat to see yourself as a decision maker. You really can start this process by literally saying out loud, I'm getting out of bed. I am opening the door. I am putting on my clothes. Try it!
