You want to go to the Gym and workout, but you do not think that you have time. Most of us have been there as well.
Usually getting to the gym is the battle. Not the working out part.
Chuck goes to the gym in the early mornings. I, on the other hand, attend a scheduled fitness group. I don't have a problem getting there but I do have a problem relaxing and focusing when I am there. In my mind, without that group, I would give up altogether on working out. If you find yourself in the same predicament as me, look for fitness groups in your area.
