You can spend (waste) a lot of time on Social Media sites if you don't have a plan going into on what you are going to post and how many people you are going to interact with. You should be able to spend 15 minutes a day on Facebook and accomplish what you want.  Twitter can take 15 minutes as well and maybe up to 30 minutes if you are really focusing on interacting.  That may seem like a lot of time but if thats part of your business generating plan
